At Stoneheath Winery, we recognize and respect our customers' privacy.
We make every effort to protect the trust you have placed in us.
We have developed a Privacy Policy (established and posted November 28, 2007) to assure you that the information collected about you is only what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that might be of interest to you.
Federal and California state law requires us to request identification from each consumer to prove that you are of age to legally purchase alcohol. To process an order, we need your name, home or other physical address, including street name and name of city or town, email address, telephone number, date of birth and credit card number.
As an added protection we prefer to gather your credit card information with a telephone call, usually from Stoneheath’s winemaker (we are, indeed, a small operation!), instead of through an online form, since no online firm is 100% secure.
Our site does not use “cookies.” A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Generally, an online site uses cookies to remind us of who you are and tailor certain products and services to your needs.
Please be assured that we do not and will not, under any circumstances, sell personal information about you to anyone for any purpose.
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older.
As a service, we do not charge for shipping. There is free shipping on all orders of wine that is within the United States.
On shipped orders, any applicable sales tax that may apply will be added to your order at checkout.
Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states: CA, HI, IA, ID, IL, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OR, SC, VA, WA, WI, WV and WY. We can only ship merchandise to the above states.
We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase.
And a message from our sponsor: We believe wine should be definitely enjoyed and shared with friends and family. We make every effort to produce wines have what we consider to be responsible alcohol levels (no higher than 13%). And, it never hurts to add, please drink our wines responsibly before driving.
